Once again, it has been a long long time since I last blogged. (Shocker!) And I seemed pretty peeved about the feminist movement. If you still want to have a conversation about that, just call or message me haha. I'm always up for a good talk, and still have very strong opinions about feminism... and male chauvinism for that matter. But I digress. I am returning to my blog of the awkward years in hopes of keeping those who are interested up to date on my time in New Zealand. I will be vlogging on my other site still, but this is for those of you who probably don't want to watch (or shouldn't watch hahaha) the vlog, but still want some pictures and stories. I really hope I can keep up with the blog because I usually get too detailed and then the ADD kicks in and I run off to go read or do something somewhere else, ergo NOTHING gets posted. Especially in a timely fashion. But I hope that I have enough salsa dancing, freezing cold, adventure filled, rugby game, fun, sad, happy, mad, stories to tell you all about! The challenge is to keep them short...
So to start you off! I am about 2 weeks away from getting on my New Zealand Air flight. I just picked up my student visa yesterday. I still have to go shopping for winter clothes. I still have to do research on what to do where in NZ. Annnnnd I already miss my friends!! haha. And my dog is currently rolling around on the floor making awkward grunting noises... So yeah! The challenge this week is to figure out how to look divalicious in the freezing cold. (I think challenge is the new word, I like it. I may need to have a challenge of the week or something.
